BIBLIO BASH 2026
On Thursday, April 23rd, Toronto’s leading philanthropists, city builders, and literary voices gathered at the Toronto Reference Library for Biblio Bash, raising more than $1 million for Toronto Public Library’s vital after-school programs.
Funds raised will support high-impact initiatives including After School Clubs, Leading to Reading, and youth programming delivered in branches across Toronto. Last year alone, these programs reached more than 15,000 children and teens, offering academic support, nutritious snacks, and a place to belong after the school day ends.
Together, we’re helping ensure that every light TPL sparks will brighten Toronto’s tomorrow.
Since its inception in 2017, Biblio Bash has raised over $7 million to support Toronto Public Library’s highest priority needs and assist some of our city’s most vulnerable residents. None of this would be possible without the generosity of our sponsors, supporters, guests and volunteers.
